Temporary and Permanent Support Administrators
Following the award of further contracts, Voyonic are now looking to recruit high calibre employees to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support to our large HR & Payroll department in the delivery of client services.
Duties will include the maintenance of personnel systems, employment documentation and invoicing and data entry. All tasks are to be processed accurately in accordance with the clients’ requirements and tight deadlines, these include but are not limited to the following:
- Data inputting
- Produce and process employment documentation
- Raising invoices and preparing payments
- Filing and Scanning
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
- Answering and fielding of telephone calls
The successful candidate will ideally have previous administrative experience of at least 1 year within an office environment; have good communication skills and enjoy working individually and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach is key.
Skills and qualifications:
Ideally the candidate will have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
