OUR HISTORY

As specialists in providing global employment services, Voyonic Crewing Limited has more than a decade of experience in meeting client requirements in a fast-paced and ever-changing maritime environment. Having been established in 2007, Voyonic was setup with the intention of delivering a high quality service to the shipping sector.

Based in Guernsey we recruit, manage, pay and handle the tax and social insurance of more than 6000 individuals whom we directly employ on behalf of a wide range of maritime and aviation clients.

Having been established adhering to ISO 9001 standards Voyonic are accredited with ISO9001:2015 certification, MLC certification to DNV-GL standard 0030 – Part I: Crew Manning Offices (by certification ISO 9001:2015) and Part II for private Recruitment & Placement Services.

Various Opportunities

Voyonic Group are looking for self motivated and driven candidates to join our fast expanding team in the following roles: Book-keeping Administrator, HR & Payroll Administrator & HR & Payroll Assistant.

Responsibilities

The main duties for the roles will include but are not limited to the following:

Book-keeping Administrator

Receiving and processing supplier invoices.
Reconciling bank statements.
Investigating client queries.
Liaising with banks and clients.
Filing and scanning.

HR & Payroll Administrator

Maintenance of personnel and payroll systems.
Data input and reconciliation of payrolls.
Raising invoices and preparing payments.
Produce and process all relevant employee documents.
Liaising with Client and Employees.

HR & Payroll Assistant

Data input.
Maintenance of personnel systems.
Produce and process employment documentation.
Raising invoices and preparing payments.
Filing and scanning.

Experience

The successful candidates will ideally have at least 1 year previous administrative experience in an office environment; have good communication skills and enjoy working individually and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach is key.

Book-keeping Administrator

Previous experience in book-keeping with a basic understanding of payroll would also be an advantage.

HR & Payroll Administrator

HR experience and knowledge of UK or other jurisdiction would be beneficial.

HR & Payroll Assistant

A basic understanding of HR would be advantageous.

Skills & Qualifications

Candidates should have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
