Administrator Bookkeeping


We are looking for a self-motivated and driven candidate to join our busy Bookkeeping team, assisting in the delivery of high calibre client services.


Duties for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Raise and process invoices.
  • Assist in the production of payments and settlement of liabilities.
  • Monitor cash balances, receipt of funds and returned payments.
  • Reconciling bank statements.
  • Enter transactions into the general ledger.
  • Liaising with banks and clients, investigating and resolving queries.
  • Filing and scanning.


You should have at least 1 year previous bookkeeping experience, with good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy. An understanding of payroll would also be useful.

Skills & Qualifications

Candidates should have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A working understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
