HR & Payroll/Support Administrators

 

Voyonic are looking for a self-motivated, driven and mature administrator to join our busy and expanding team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will provide support to our large HR & Payroll department in the delivery of client services.

 

Ideally we are looking for someone with at least 1 year previous administrative experience in an office environment. They should have good communication skills in order to work within a team in a fast paced office environment. Previous experience in payroll and book-keeping would also be an advantage.

 

The candidate will have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.

 

Responsibilities

  • Data inputting
  • Maintenance of personnel systems
  • Produce and process employment documentation
  • Raising invoices and preparing payments
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records
  • Answering and assisting with telephone calls

Book-Keeping Administrator

  • Reconciling bank statements
