TO MARINE EMPLOYMENT
Voyonic are looking for three full-time Support Administrators (two permanent and one temporary) to assist in providing quality administrative services to colleagues within our busy HR & Payroll department and where appropriate the Voyonic Group Companies.
Responsibilities: Duties will include the maintenance of personnel systems and employment documentation. Ensuring all documentation is processed accurately in accordance with the clients’ requirements, these include but are not limited to the following:
• Data inputting
• Produce and process employment documentation
• Filing and Scanning
• Maintain accurate and confidential records
• Answering and fielding of telephone calls
Experience: The successful candidate will ideally have previous administrative experience of at least 1 year within an office environment; have good communication skills and enjoy working individually and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach is key for this role.
Skills and qualifications: Ideally the candidate will have a good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade C, above or equivalent, including Maths and English. A basic understanding of office software applications is a must whilst also being able to adapt to new systems.
